First time staying here in Novotel Nara, this is the best Novotel so far I have stayed in. Everything from check in to the room, amenities, breakfast was smooth. Reception staff greeted us whenever we went through the doors. Room design uses smart ergonomics, you have your wash basin, toilets & shower area all well separated out. My friends and I stayed in Nara Novotel, it's located in a good location. Staff are helpful and can speak English well. As a platinum member, room got upgraded. We visited executive lounge, it has different kind of finger food and drink during evening. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel, food are delicious with variety of choices. Will stay again if I'm in town.

Novotel Nara is a fantastic new hotel. Everything feels brand new, very clean, with beautiful design and great amenities. The room was excellent and very comfortable, and the staff were consistently professional and welcoming. Accor status (Diamond) recognition was outstanding, including access to a great lounge. I stayed on a half-board rate and had dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, where the buffet was great. Overall, this is easily one of the best Novotels I’ve stayed at. Highly rec
