I give to this hotel five stars, because they could offer smaller pillows. The standard pillows are usually too high for me, but the receptionists were so nice to give me a choice. I have been to luxurious five star hotels with no pillow options, which is really frustrating. Other than this, the room was clean, a little bit noisy, because of the busy street, the breakfast was from a menu - not bad. The location is good, close to the city center. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel

I have been in hotel Noris twice for 2weeks each time, have a great experience with 2 little suggestions What is I like : - The rooms are specious - The big windows as they bring lots of light in the room. - The beds and the linen are comfortable, soft and cosy. - The chambermaids are great it is spotless. - The reception staff are wonderful they are always happy to help. - The bar staff are great as well. - The location is great only 10 to 20 min walking distance to the Center walki
