The experience is good. The hotel is rated 4-stars, but has better amenities and service than some other 4-star hotels and also the room price is reasonable. There was a problem with the door lock after check in, but it was instantly resolved. Overall definitely recommended

Really big and comfortable rooms with great view. The pool and spa facilities are also very good. The breakfast offers good variety and is delicious. The location is great- only 10 min walking to the city centre and Kapana area. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is incredibly attentive. We had a minor air conditioning issue, and I deducted points for it. The hotel called me and apologized for the inconvenience. Frankly, I was very impressed with this level of attention, so I decided to delete my review and give it 5 stars. I recommend staying at the hotel.
