out of my 5days in osaka.. I've took morning walks in this park every day. its one of best parks ive been. on the island in the city, like the name, the vibe is very chill and people are there running, drawing, taking photos, walking dogs, making tiktok dance videos, sleeping(homeless person), taking marriage photos, taking model photos, biking, dating, and everything in between. this is what a park should be... if I lived in osaka I would try to live near this location. its a vibe forreal.
